Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service-Call / Diagnostic Fees

A service-call or diagnostic fee may apply once a technician is dispatched. This fee covers time and travel and is generally non-refundable.

Work Approvals & Estimates

If additional work or parts are recommended, we will provide an estimate for your approval before proceeding. Approved charges are due on completion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 12+ hours’ notice: Cancel or reschedule with no fee.
  • Less than 12 hours / missed appointment: A missed-visit fee may apply.

Refunds

  • Prepayments for unrendered services are refundable upon request.
  • Completed diagnostic/service-call fees are non-refundable.
  • If parts are defective, manufacturer warranties (if any) apply between you and the seller.
